The QHY163M has very low readout noise, an 8/12bit ADC and two stage cooling (typical delta T 40 below ambient). A sealed sensor chamber and optical window heater prevent dew formation.

The QHY367C full frame cooled CMOS camera uses the Sony IMX094 36 megapixel, 14bit sensor. This sensor is also used in the Nikon D810A camera. Readout noise is 3.2e at lowest gain and 2.4e at unity gain. Dynamic range is > 14 Stops.
