The QHY11 Mono is a small full frame size 36*24mm cooled CCD camera.
It uses the TrueSense KAI11002 CCD sensor and offers a big image circle.
The 11mega pixels and 9um pixel size offer you very sharp star and wide FOV area in many telescopes.
QHY11 has typical -45C delta T from ambient.
This temperature exceeds most of other cameras based KAI11002 or KAI11000. You can get lower thermal noise and less hot pixels with this camera.
QHY11’s small round case design allow it be installed in the the Hyperstar System or in the primary focus plane. With more and more new big image circle Schmidt camera come out, QHY11 is your right choice for such systems.
QHY11 also supply a cable clip which can make the contract of the USB port and power socket more solid.
The QHY11 Colour is available for Special Order… please contact Bernard for details 😀

Terry Hancock is using QHY11 to capture many magnificent wide-angle deep sky images.
These images show perfectly the complexity of nebulea and galaxies in great detail.
Terry’s works have created a sight-seeing tour of the deep space, which you can see through his telescope and camera .

QHY16200A APS-H Format Monochrome CCD 16.2 Megapixels
The QHY16200A uses the ONSEMI 16.2MP KAF-16200 CCD. The APS-H format is suitable for most telescopes, including SCT’s that cannot fully illuminate a 35mm frame without some vignetting or distortion at the edges. It is also suitable for commonly available 2-inch filters.
The QHY21, QHY22 and QHY23 cameras feature Sony’s latest high sensitivity ExviewII CCD sensors: ICX674, ICX694 and ICX814.
These sensors has very high QE (close to 80%) and very low thermal noise.
With dual stage TEC cooling technology these cameras can achieve temperatures 45C below ambient. By comparison with the competition, the 10 to 15C of extra cooling helps ensure great results, even on hot summer nights!
The IMG2PRO is a cooled CCD camera which uses SONY’s high sensitivity Exview CCD sensor ICX285AL. This sensor is popular because it has very low dark current resulting in clean images during long exposures. The camera has a two stage TEC and set point cooling to -45C below ambient. Thermal performance is much better than similar cameras such as the Atik 314L+. The desiccant system is user rechargeable for easy maintenance.
