The QHY174M-GPS cooled camera is the same as the QHY174M but with the addition of a GPS based precision time and location function, useful for imaging occultations, eclipses, meteors, and other scientific imaging requiring a highly precise recording of the time and location of the observation on every frame.
QHY5III585C Colour camera (YouTube Review) is one of a new generation of QHY5III V2 series planetary / guide cameras and an enhanced version of its predecessor QHY5III485C. It has high sensitivity in the near infrared, similar to that of QHY5III462C with improved dynamic range.
The QHY600L (Lite) Mono CMOS Cooled Camera is a new addition to the QHY600 Series. It has the following differences compared with previous models: body length is shorter (about 112mm) and the Image Buffer (onboard memory) is 1GB, which still guarantees memory requirements.
NB. The QHY600L is now discontinued.
The Lodestar x2 Colour is an upgraded version of the very popular Lodestar auto-guider.
Excellent for AstroVideo / EAA real time electronic observing.

The QHY247C APS-C CMOS Camera uses a SONY IMX193 APS size color CMOS sensor. Pixel size is 3.91um and it has a 14-bit A/D with a full well capacity of 36ke-. The read noise is 1e- to 2.7e-, the lowest tested noise at the lowest gain in the entire QHYCCD COLDMOS product line making it ideal for stacking many short exposures.
The QHY367C full frame cooled CMOS camera uses the Sony IMX094 36 megapixel, 14bit sensor. This sensor is also used in the Nikon D810A camera. Readout noise is 3.2e at lowest gain and 2.4e at unity gain. Dynamic range is > 14 Stops.
The IMG2PRO is a cooled CCD camera which uses SONY’s high sensitivity Exview CCD sensor ICX285AL. This sensor is popular because it has very low dark current resulting in clean images during long exposures. The camera has a two stage TEC and set point cooling to -45C below ambient. Thermal performance is much better than similar cameras such as the Atik 314L+. The desiccant system is user rechargeable for easy maintenance.
The QHY533C CMOS camera is part of a new generation of back-illuminated CMOS cameras with 3.76um pixels featuring low noise and improved full well capacity. Price includes delivery.
Starlight Xpress Ultrastar Mono is an advanced version of the ‘Superstar’ guide camera and has a similar resolution of 1392 x 1040 pixels. The sensor has 70% more area and QE is greater, at around 75% peak. These characteristics give the Ultrastar excellent performance as both a guide camera and an imaging camera, it’s also well suited to ‘Live Viewing’ with a greater FOV than the Lodestar x2. Price includes shipping to EU.
The 12V6HC-EX has a 1/2″ highly sensitive Sony EXview Mono CCD and accumulates light for up to two and a half seconds outputting an apparently continuous signal.
All controls are on the back of the camera and can be accessed remotely, from a PC, using our cable (see accessories sub-menu below).
The controls cover a wide range of shutter speeds, with digital zoom, negative image, and image flipping and masking.
