The QHY247C APS-C CMOS Camera uses a SONY IMX193 APS size color CMOS sensor. Pixel size is 3.91um and it has a 14-bit A/D with a full well capacity of 36ke-. The read noise is 1e- to 2.7e-, the lowest tested noise at the lowest gain in the entire QHYCCD COLDMOS product line making it ideal for stacking many short exposures.
The QHY367C full frame cooled CMOS camera uses the Sony IMX094 36 megapixel, 14bit sensor. This sensor is also used in the Nikon D810A camera. Readout noise is 3.2e at lowest gain and 2.4e at unity gain. Dynamic range is > 14 Stops.
The QHY178M cooled mono camera has a 6 megapixel CMOS sensor with 8,9mm diagonal and Delta T of -40°C. Small 2.4 micron pixels make it ideal for high resolution Planetary and Lunar imaging as well as for imaging Deep Sky objects.
The IMG2PRO is a cooled CCD camera which uses SONY’s high sensitivity Exview CCD sensor ICX285AL. This sensor is popular because it has very low dark current resulting in clean images during long exposures. The camera has a two stage TEC and set point cooling to -45C below ambient. Thermal performance is much better than similar cameras such as the Atik 314L+. The desiccant system is user rechargeable for easy maintenance.

QHY IMGOH Colour – Cooled Deep Sky, Planetary and Guide camera!
The IMG0H is a versatile new camera using the latest SONY EXview ICX618AL CCD sensor and a 14bit high speed AD converter.
The IMG0H has high QE (almost 70%) making it a sensitive guide and planetary camera. With it’s inbuilt cooling, the IMG0H can also be used for deep sky imaging, especially for smaller objects like planetary nebula and smaller galaxies.
QHY16200A APS-H Format Monochrome CCD 16.2 Megapixels
The QHY16200A uses the ONSEMI 16.2MP KAF-16200 CCD. The APS-H format is suitable for most telescopes, including SCT’s that cannot fully illuminate a 35mm frame without some vignetting or distortion at the edges. It is also suitable for commonly available 2-inch filters.
The QHY21, QHY22 and QHY23 cameras feature Sony’s latest high sensitivity ExviewII CCD sensors: ICX674, ICX694 and ICX814.
These sensors has very high QE (close to 80%) and very low thermal noise.
With dual stage TEC cooling technology these cameras can achieve temperatures 45C below ambient. By comparison with the competition, the 10 to 15C of extra cooling helps ensure great results, even on hot summer nights!
